Sandpiper Cove Resort is perfect for any type of group vacation, church gatherings, family reunions or just a normal family getaway.

Sandpiper Cove has a wide variety of units including cozy studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms perfect for any size family that wants to enjoy the Emerald beaches of Destin. The beach is private for Sandpiper Cove guests, and includes a pavilion that serves food and drinks. There are also BBQ grills located onsite for your convenience. Come to Sandpiper Cove where fun is around every corner, and the beach is your backyard.

We stayed there this year and absolutely loved it! Very Beachy and clean. The ammenities were very nice and family oriented. Would definitely stay there again!

I stayed in this unit last month. Great amenities including flat screen tvs in each room. The local golf courses were amazing as well. Definitely plan on bringing the family back next year.

A lot of work has been done to this unit over the past season. New carpet, new paint, new appliance (stove). Patio furniture was replaced with sturdier, long term rod iron pieces. In addition, the living area has had a makeover with a replacement of two chairs and a sofa with a new leather sleeper and matching Chair and ottoman. Master has a new mattress on the bed, topped off with a new comforter.

Unit was clean and well equiped. The basin in the master bedroom was plogged and I had to fix this with some" liquid plummer". The size of the TV in the living room was quite small, had to move it half way across the room to see the picture properly. The venecian blind had to be properly installed, we found it in the bedroom closet and had to put it up ourselves. Weather stripping around the door entrance should be installed as on cool/cold days in Feb. the cold air comes in through the open space thus using up much more heat than is necessary. Apart from these issues, we had a great stay last winter and we have booked this unit for this winter 2010.

This unit needs a lot of work inside and out. The outside boards and railing is rotten. The inside- the bathroom cabinet is in poor condition, the blow dryer dosent work, some of the lamps dont work, the kitchen drawers are broken, dont pull them out, the sofa bed is horrible, lumpy and worn even with the foam matress topper its uncomfortable, the microwave is rusted, and the unit smells like mildew. For the amount of money you pay for this unit, you would expect it to be in alot better condition. The Sandpiper is a nice complex, but if you want to stay there pick a unit that is closer to the gate. They are much better kept up.

We have stayed at this unit two different times and loved it both times. The second time we came, we were very pleased with the renovations and with the addition of the bunk beds. It is so clean, comfortable, and very affordable.

Very nice! We had a family of four and the accommodations were just right. It was our first time looking online and picking a place to stay. The flat screens were great, having a washer and dryer was nice and the golf course just set it off for us.

My wife and I just wanted to get away for awhile and relax. This unit was excellent. The unit has been remodeled and was very clean. It has new appliances, granite countertops, and tiled floors. Hole # 1 to the Par 3 golf course is right outside the back door. We played several rounds of golf. Enjoyed the pool and took walks on the beach at night. Several restaurants are within walking distance as well a grocery store across the main highway. I would highly recommend this unit.

I found this unit to be very clean and updated. Easy access to beach. Just a short walk. I enjoyed staying here even though it was not right on the beach but very user friendly for all.
