South Bay by the Gulf is a beautiful Gulf-front resort located in the heart of Destin. This spacious resort offers over 300 feet of beautiful, private beach. These 2 & 3 bedroom units have everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. The first floor is home to a fully furnished kitchen, living room / dining room area, a half bathroom and a spacious deck. The second floor has the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each unit also has cable TV and a washer and dryer.

Complex amenities include a beautiful 5 acre freshwater fishing lake, 2 pools and 2 kiddie pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, beach volley ball, and BBQ pits. There are world class restaurants and great shopping within walking distance the the complex.

I recently stayed in unit #97 at Southbay By The Gulf and was totally pleased with everything. It is close to the beach, there are no elevators to deal with, parking was directly in front of the unit and everything was clean and modern. We needed three bedrooms and it was perfect for our crowd of eight. I’ll definitely stay there again and will recommend it to my friends. -- Bill H. -- Jackson, MO
