We chose this condo for our June 2011 vacation and what an excellent choice it was! The condo was clean, well equipped, just steps away from a beautiful pool and a very short walk to a one of the most gorgeous, private beaches on the Florida coast. A lot can be said for its location. Just make a left out of the complex and go straight across Hwy 98 at the light - VOILA - there is the grocery store. WOW - What a convenience! It is also located close to many of the locations finest restaurants and some great nightlife. Now you would expect that all of that would be sufficient, but in addition to those amenities this condo is located on the 1st floor of a building that is close to the entrance of an exceptionally clean, gated community with security guards that are very conscientious and courteous. Our son is stationed at Eglin Air Force Base and when he visited with us the guards went out of their way to be friendly to him. They even provided him with a parking pass that was valid for the entire week of our stay. That meant that we didn’t have to call them and he didn’t have to stop and check in every day that he visited with us, which was a courtesy that was greatly appreciated. With all of the amenities that this condo offers what more could anyone ask for of your vacation spot? Just sit back, relax and soak up the sun - Isn’t that what a vacation is all about!

I would highly recommend this WONDERFUL condo at Sandpiper Cover 9116! It is Home away from Home, very comfortable, all the conveniences of kitchen, family room, dining and bedroom! You even have your own washer dryer, walking distance to Beach!! My family and I enjoyed it tremendously and will definitely be coming back!! Thank you again!!

We had a great vacation and really enjoyed this condo. It is one of the better units we have rented, and is very comfortable, with lots of special touches. Very close to the pool and beach.

Comfortable, clean, first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is pool side with a 100 yd. walk to the beach. Started renting this space in 2003 and wouldn't dream of looking elsewhere. Love the ease of access and location. Great Beaches!!!

My finacee and I stayed at this condo for a week in July and had an incredible time. As far as location goes, this condo was one of the best in the plan. It was close to the front of the plan so it was a short walk to the private beach, and there is a pool very close out the back door but noise was never a problem because it wasn't "on top" of the pool. The condo itself was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great. The private beach was great, we were there almost every day and everything seemed very close (dining and shopping locations). I would love to go back.

This place is a great vacation spot...located close to the beach and right next to the pool and hot tub! It's decorated so nice, it makes you feel good when you walk in.. A home away from home!

Our family has stayed in this condo on 4 occasions. We found it to be clean, convenient and safe. The pool is very close and it is just a short walk to the beach. Everything you need is within a 10 minute driving distance. We would certainly recommend this condo to our friends.

The location was great! Nice and close to the pool and short walk to the beach. The condo was very, very clean and fully furnished. We absolutely loved it and plan on coming back!

Nice, plenty of room, washer/dryer in condo, newly decorated, ice maker,TV in both bedrooms, deck w/grill, overlooking pool & jacuzzis, quiet, across the street from beach & next to security gate. Very comfortable. Never want to leave.

Very spacious, clean, up to date, stackable laundry in unit ( so nice).overlooks the pool, Just in side security gate & across the street from the beautiful beach. It doesn't get much better than this!!!!
