The BEST Destin beach condo we've stayed in 15 years!! Unbelievable comfort. Unbelievable views. This place is nicer than our house. Thanks for allowing us to use it. We'll be back every year!!

We stayed in this unit, July of 2010. We loved the location and THE VIEW. This was my all time favorite place to stay. The unit was smaller, more simple than places we normally stayed in the past, but after our first night we knew it was THE BEST! Sometimes simple is better. Could not ask for a better view or proximity to the beach! We plan to always try to reserve this place for our future beach trips!

What a wonderful vacation experience! So relaxing being ON the beach and not 10 floors high or across the street. This condo has spectacular views, and sleeping to the sound of the waves was a delight. It's king size master suite and galley kitchen added to the overall experience. Just a few steps and you're on the beach; what a rare find.

Wow! Gorgeous view of the Gulf. Beautiful "beachy" decor. Granite and stainless steel kitchen. Two flat panel TVs. King size bed was sooo comfortable. Best unit in Sandpiper Cove!!

We stayed in Sandpiper 2130 in July and fell in love with it. It is the perfect location!! It is right on the beach, you literally walk down some stairs and your feet are on the sand!! I loved the two balconys. In the morning, you can sit on one balcony and watch the sunrise and in the evening sit on the other balcony and watch the sunset. The view is phenomenal!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

The view was awesome from this condo. Stayed an entire week and honestly didnt wanna leave. The condo made the experience better. It was like being at home, but my home had a beach on it. Everything was right down the road from sandpiper.I want to come back next year but unfortunatly will be bringing my sister in law her son, and my husband along so we will have to get a bigger condo. I doubt any other condo will be able to outdo this one!

Had an awesome time last year- beautiful condo and going again this year- same place- same condo!

Stayed here at 1132 last yr. after shopping other models , chose this and could not have made a better decision. Listening to the surf while sleeping is the best! Also enjoyed waking up early to fish "in my own backyard". I'll be back!

Any season, any weather - this condo's comfort and proximity to the beach/water (it's right THERE!) make it a perfect place to unwind. Love, love love this place! Shawn

We rented this condo the week of July 5, 2008 and had a great time. 2 Adults and 2 teenagers. It is right on the beach as pictured (beautiful), but you do have to go down the stairs and around the building to access the beach because there is a sand dune between the condo and the beach. The condo was great and we had everything we needed. There were a few minor things that needed attention, but when we called the office sent someone right away to attend to them. We had a great vacation and enjoyed this condo that really is right on the beach. The deck is terrific for watching older kids right on the beach in front of the condo and the beach was not real crowded in front of us. We loved it and would recommend it.
