Poolside Villas amenities include a centrally located pool with BBQ grills. There are two types of views at Poolside Villas – one looks out over the pool with the Gulf of Mexico in the background, and the other allows you to view the Harbor and marina. This three story complex is a great way to spend your holiday or a long weekend.

We stayed in this condo in March and It was absolutely perfect! The condo was cozy and so close to the beach. We also enjoyed walking on the beach at night and watching the dolphins and the beautiful starlit sky. We loved the layout of the condo and all of the amenities. The location of the condo is tucked away, but close to anything and everything you would want to do imaginable. We had a wonderful experience and have already made reservations to stay at this condo again during the summer! -- Hanna C.

I DID NOT STAY IN 302 BUT MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED ON THE FIRST FLOOR THE FIRST YEAR AND THEN WE STAYED IN 310 FOR 3 YEARS. I LOVED 310 AND HOPE I CAN HAVE IT AGAIN. I WANT TO STAY FROM 11/01/2011 THRU 03/31 2112. IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I STAYED THERE AND MY HUSBAND HAD DIED SINCE SO IT IS ONLY ME. OUR FIRST STAY WAS IN 1989. PATSY R KERNS FROM MICHIGAN

stayed at pool side villas each summer for the last 3 years. This complex is awesome. just a short walk to beach ( paradise cove ) Best snorkling in Destin. 302 nice balcony overlooking pass. Best part of vacation is always coffee in the morning watching all the boats leaving out. Can,t wait to be back this July.
