Welcome to the Pelican Beach\Terrace resort, this complex is truly amazing with what can be described as one of the best locations for a family with kids or the young at heart. The views are spectacular from either the Terrace or the Pelican. Pelican Beach’s one bedroom units have an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. The two bedroom units have an angled view of the Gulf and a gorgeous view of Destin. From the Terrace there is a wide skyline view of the Gulf and from the front you can see the famous Big Kahunas water park.

Terrace is just a short stroll to the beach or you can ride the tram (seasonal). As a guest at the Resorts of Pelican Beach, you have access to all the amenities of both buildings which include an indoor/ outdoor pool, exercise room, above ground tennis court, shuffle board, and children’s arcade. There is also an onsite restaurant called Chan’s. Open seasonally, Chan’s serves some of the best food and mixed drinks a resort has to offer.
