I recently stayed in unit #97 at Southbay By The Gulf and was totally pleased with everything. It is close to the beach, there are no elevators to deal with, parking was directly in front of the unit and everything was clean and modern. We needed three bedrooms and it was perfect for our crowd of eight. I’ll definitely stay there again and will recommend it to my friends. -- Bill H. -- Jackson, MO

I've been in the Customer Service industry for 20+ years and I was totally impressed by the service we received. We were running late to pick up our key and BEFORE I could call, I received a phone call from Scott explaining how to do the pick-up. He READ my mind!!! No matter the day or time; they were able to assist me with my every concern. THE HOUSE was perfect for our family reunion, but the weather was not great (Thanks Tropical Storm Lee!!). The amenities of the house allowed us to have a great time. The boat dock faced the beautiful channel. It gave us breath taking scenery and between the howling winds of a tropical storm, we were able to fish and enjoy ourselves. The neighbors welcomed us and gave us great fishing tips!! The kitchen was large enough for the entire family to chat and catch up. We had a wonderful time!!!

July 2011….We stayed in this Unit 1082. This was my first time….It was like being at home, but my home had a pool outside of it…Everything is in driving distance from the condo.. We plan to always try to reserve this place for our future beach trips!!!!

Truly a home away from home! The condo has an amazing beach-front view that faces out to the West, which is breath-taking when watching the moon rise come nightfall! I was here for 6 months and that just goes to show how well it can accomodate a week stay, or long-term stay such as mine! The condo offers Wii, nextflix, an incredibly fast speed internet, own washer and dryer (not all condos have), newly furnished, and the master bedroom has a tempurpedic matress!!! The condo is close to all of the attractions Destin has to offer, but also having the private beach allows the family to enjoy a not so crowded beach all the time, very relaxing! This condo is suitable for all ages, and the owner is wonderful to work with - really makes sure things are in line for your stay here! Fully recommend you take a good look at this condo, made my stay here incredible!

This is an exceptional Town Home with a very homey feeling. My sister-in-law and niece rented it for a week this summer, and absolutely loved it. The beds are excellent and the bathrooms are spaceous. It is very clean, and I appreciated that in the kitchen. It has a full washer and dryer which is right off the kitchen. We also loved the living room and the patio. It was so quiet and peaceful.

Enjoyed another vacation in this townhouse. We always enjoy it in Destin. Great location - near food and entertainment. The beach is beautiful!
