The James Family would like to say "Thank You" to the staff of Holiday Isle Properties. Working with Scott and Adam in the Reservation team has been AMAZING. I've been in the Customer Service industry for 20+ years and I was totally impressed by the service we received. We were running late to pick up our key and BEFORE I could call, I received a phone call from Scott explaining how to do the pick-up. He READ my mind!!! No matter the day or time; they were able to assist me with my every concern. THE HOUSE was perfect for our family reunion, but the weather was not great (Thanks Tropical Storm Lee!!). The amenities of the house allowed us to have a great time. The boat dock faced the beautiful channel. It gave us breath taking scenery and between the howling winds of a tropical storm, we were able to fish and enjoy ourselves. The neighbors welcomed us and gave us great fishing tips!! The kitchen was large enough for the entire family to chat and catch up. We had a wonderful time!!!

The set-up of this condo is wonderful. We love the upstairs and how the french doors go off every room for a little alone time on the wrap around deck if that is what you want (also on the first floor too). We were there with some great freinds and we had a awesome time. We would recommend this condo very highly.

We had 13 in this house and 13 family members in another house and this was big enough that we could gather here for dinners. This is a beautiful home. The kids loved the bunk beds. Would rent it again. One day the ocean was really rough so it was nice to have the pool. They loved to fish off the boat slip.

Last year was our first stay at Sandy Beaches. Loved the privacy of each of the five en suites. There were very few people on the beach anywhere near us. The only thing that could make this property better would be a pool.

Just got back from a 4 day stay at the White House and it was great! There is a ton of space and plenty of room to fit 18 people. It is a very nice house with a perfect location. It doesn't take more than 10 minutes to get anywhere of relevance in Destin. Its location right on the beach makes it so easy to come and go from the beach as you please. You have plenty of space on the beach because you are in the middle of other private homes. I would highly recommend this house to everyone.

We just returned from a long weekend at the White House. I can not say enough about Pat and her crew at Holiday Isle. The house was great, it is large enough to have a Wedding Rehersal Dinner for 60 on the decks and have room for everyone to move around. We received so many comments on how great this house is, from our guest that stayed with us to those who just came for a visit. The elevator was great for my elderly parents and for "moving in and out". Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and everything was clean fresh and in good shape. I highly recommend Holiday Isle, we will be back.
