The second floor also has a balcony that stretches the width of the home and is accessible via the master and guest bedroom. Finally, we come to the fourth floor, which is a Widow’s Roost, with hardwood flooring, comfortable seating, and the best views of the house. From here, you can see a panoramic view of the neighborhood while you sip your favorite beverage. The master bedroom (on third floor) has a King and the three guest bedrooms have Queen Beds. One guest bedroom is on the first floor, one guest bedroom is on the second floor, and on the third floor you will find the final guest bedroom. The first floor guest bedroom is adjacent to the home’s private fenced-in pool, with French doors that open out to the pool area. All of the bedrooms come with complete bathrooms that are true works of art. You can see the water from the house, and it is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, with a complimentary trolley service that will come pick you up.
