General Information
We require a three night minimum stay. Certain holidays require a longer stay. Some properties require a minimum of one-week. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. Reservation dates will be confirmed. However, we cannot guarantee rates or unit assignment that far in advance. Once rates are set for the following year, a new confirmation will be mailed to you. Unit assignment cannot be guaranteed. There are circumstances that occur that make the guarantee of a specific unit impossible. Rates are subject to change without notice.

We will rent to no young single groups under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to check ID’s and refuse admittance to our condos. Violators are subject to eviction without refund. The maximum number of guests per unit is based on the individual units ability to comfortably and safely accommodate our guests. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments. Discourteous behavior or excessive noise may result in eviction of premises without refund.

NO PETS ALLOWED.Your security deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and flea spray if any evidence of a pet(s) is found in your unit or on the premises.

Unit keys and pool tags (when applicable) will be presented at check-in and must be returned at check-out. There will be a charge of $25.00 for each key and/or pool tag not returned at checkout. In the event that you are locked out after business hours, call our business number (850) 837-0010, and an agent will meet you at the condo. A charge of $25.00 is payable directly to the agent for this service.

All units have fully equipped kitchens and are supplied with telephones, televisions, and basic cable. Some units have high-speed internet access. Laundry facilities are located on the premises of each complex. Many properties have very limited parking, especially along Scenic Hwy 98, and can only accommodate 1-2 vehicles per unit. Many have reserved parking and your vehicle can be towed if parked in the wrong space. If you have an oversized vehicle, more than two vehicles, RV, Jet Ski, or a boat with a trailer, you must check with Holiday Isle Properties to make sure that the complex you are making reservations for can accommodate you. Damage Deposit
We will accept MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. Your credit card number will be recorded to cover any damage to the unit. If a credit card is not available, a cash deposit will be required. This will not be refunded until after your departure and an inspection is done. Each rental will require a deposit of $200.00 (plus tax) due at the time of booking. Certain properties and homes require a $500.00 - $1250.00 (plus tax) reservation deposit that converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.

Processing Fee
There will be a processing fee of $30.00 (plus tax) added to each reservation. 

Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. Certain properties and homes require a 60-day notice. Monthly reservations require a 90-day notice – No exceptions. Beginning January 1, 2007, there will be a $25.00 fee for all cancelled reservations. Inclement Weather: Deposits and/or rent paid will be refunded if the accommodations or the primary residence of the guest is located within the hurricane warning area, and the National Hurricane Center (NOAA) has issued a mandatory evacuation order. Cancellation or early departure due to any other inclement weather does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Check-in/Check-out
Upon your arrival, you must first check-in at the office of Holiday Isle Properties. We are located at 842 Hwy 98 East, Destin, FL 32541. Weekend or arrivals after 5:00 p.m. will find a key in the lockbox located outside our office door. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Units are not guaranteed to be ready until 5:00 p.m. Checkout is 10:00 a.m. If you have not checked out by 10:00 a.m., a late fee will be applied to your account. Payment is due upon arrival and can be made by traveler’s check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Exception: Major holidays must be paid in full two weeks in advance.

Maintenance
Maintenance calls attributable to the tenants, will be charged to the tenants. Owner or agent designated by owner may enter premises to make repairs (we will coordinate with tenants except in emergency situations). TV’s, appliances, AC’s or any items of an electrical or mechanical nature are not guaranteed. Repairs will be made as soon as possible. (However, failures will not result in refunds or adjustments).

Housekeeping
Your vacation accommodations will be cleaned prior to your arrival and again after your departure. You should find your unit in clean condition. However, if you find your unit not cleaned to your satisfaction please call us and we will have the maid service come and re-clean the unit. No discount in rent will be given for unsatisfactory cleaning. You will be responsible for the cleaning of your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at checkout. Maid service fees may be charged to your account if excessive cleaning is required after your departure, or if your stay is two nights or less. We respectfully request that you remember that you are staying in someone’s home. Please give it the care and respect that you would give your own home.

Linens are furnished. However, please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets, as linens are not to be removed from the unit. Guests will need to provide their own paper items and cleaning supplies. An initial set up of trashcan liners, bathroom paper, and facial soap is provided. Extra items or replenishment of these items are the responsibility of the guest.
